Shipping Policy

Welcome to Resift.shop!
We aim to deliver your favorite products quickly and safely across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

  • We work with reliable and trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and India Post.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take a few extra days.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee may apply (displayed at checkout).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD handling fee.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.

  • You can track your order status anytime through the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.

  • If you face any tracking issues, contact us at Resift.shop@hotmail.com for assistance.


5. Delayed or Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, logistics disruptions, or incorrect addresses.

  • In case of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will need to bear the re-shipping charges.

  • If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to re-ship it (additional shipping fees may apply).


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive a damaged parcel, please refuse to accept it and immediately contact us with clear images.

  • If your order is lost in transit or not delivered within the expected time frame, please reach out to us at Resift.shop@hotmail.com — we’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


7. Change of Shipping Address

  • You may request a change in your shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.

  • Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Resift.shop ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
