To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 2 days of delivery with valid proof (such as photos or videos of the issue).


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Custom, personalized, or clearance sale items.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement request:

  2. Provide your order number, clear images of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Once approved, our support team will guide you on the return pickup or shipping process.

Please do not send any product back without prior authorization.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return after delivery.


7. Exchange Policy

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order details.
